Driver: Carl Jardevall

Swedish native Jardevall was born in 1956 in Trollhattan, which is also the home of Saab Automobiles. "Calle" began his automotive career in vocational school, and maintained military vehicles during his service with the Swedish Army. In 1977 he went to work for the local SAAB dealer, where he remained until 1985. During this period Carl was able to follow his love for motorsports, particularly performance rallying.

Carl then moved to the United States, and worked in various auto repair facilities around the Los Angeles area. In 1994 he moved to San Carlos to work for Nordic Motors, and in the following year he purchased the company. Nordic Motors provides repair and maintainance on Saabs and Volvos.

Carl lives in Half Moon Bay, California, with his wife, Eva, and children, Alexander, Adam and Andrea. He lists music and photography as his hobbies.

Co-driver: Amity Trowbridge

Amity gained a reputation as a proficient co-driver while navigating for Janice Damitio beginning in 1995. The pair were always contenders and often winners in their Production GT Toyota Celica All-Trac. When Janice got rid of the Toyota in 1998, Amity became a "free agent", and was immediately in demand as a co-driver.

She joined the Nordic Motors rally team for the Ramada Express International Rally late in 1998, and has been the sole co-driver for Carl since late 1999. She does co-drive for others when her schedule permits.

Amity works for the Washington State Department of Transportation in Port Orchard. She lives in Seattle with Sean Tennis and a Rhodesian Ridgeback named "Roadie".
